EXCELLENT Based on 16 reviews Posted on Virginia PhillipsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chuck Lockwood has worked with my 88-year-old husband first at home and now at an assisted living facility for many months. My husband says, "Chuck is the best part of the day." He is great company, yes, but here's another reason we treasure him: he has been able to keep a wheel-chair-dependent person with significant neurological issues strong enough to walk 50 yards or more with his walker.Posted on Kelly PalomboTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chuck has made a big difference in my life. I have worked with him for a long time and he has helped me with my MS battle. He always has new ways to challenge me and keep me in the fight. I would recommend him for anyone seeking to increase strength, mobility and healing.Posted on Amber ValimontTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Lockwood was very thorough and clearly communicated his evaluation of my injury. He gave me concise and focused exercises that did not feel burdensome with my busy schedule. He checked in with me regularly to make sure my injury was improving. It is evident that he loves his work and it made a huge difference in my experience. Highly recommend his in home services!Posted on Regina BombaraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Dr.Chuck! My pap was in and out of the hospital and then was sent to a nursing home which was absolutely awful for him. Not only did he not get the care he deserved and needed thats when he started to just give up and go down hill. When he would get called down to PT he just had no fight in him and neither did the staff they could careless. Once he got discharged at home for better care by my gram I made him a promise that I would find him at home PT! He asked me if i could do that and i did. After searching and reviewing so many reviews someone suggested Dr. Chuck in a facebook group. He was in my grandparents area which was HUGE! It worked out that he was able to come help my pap in a short amount of time before he ended up passing in November. My family cannot thank you enough for all that you did and were trying to do for him! Im sure somedays he might have been stubborn or had no energy but the days you were able to get him to stand and take a few steps out of his wheelchair and using his walker that made his day! All he wanted to do was to walk again. And I know he is walking in heaven right now. He truly adored you and you really impacted his life in that short time frame so thank you again! Dont sleep on it hire Dr.Chuck he is the best!!Posted on Pat WilburnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr Chuck has been working with my husband who has Parkinsons and was unable to stand on his own after several months of hospitalizations. What amazing progress they’ve made! Chuck has been very attentive to Bob’s personal goals and has been a partner in helping him achieve them. Chuck is always cheerfully professional and as a plus he’s so well organized, always on time, available by text and his billing and scheduling are seamless. We think we found the perfect person!Posted on Amanda KierzkowskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Lockwood and Mobile Physio for my mother-in-law's stroke rehab. Not only have we noticed great improvements in her mobility, balance, and strength but we have noticed improvements in her spirit too! She looks forward to her PT sessions, even the early morning ones, and keeps us updated with her progress. Dr. Lockwood's encouraging personality and expertise are truly a blessing. We are grateful to him for his well-organized and executed PT sessions that got Cathy walking and functioning again! For us, his practice is the best choice for in-home PT!Posted on Donald HornyakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chuck is very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. 100% recommend.Posted on Wendy PetrakosTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Chuck Lockwood of Mobile Physio is professional, efficient and friendly. He visited me in my home so that I would not have to travel to an outside location for therapy. He checked with my insurance company before beginning any therapy and advised me of the cost and time for each session. He motivated me so that I felt like I could do the movements to relieve the hip pain I was experiencing. I am happy to say that my hip pain is now gone because of my following his plan of treatment. My doctor was pleased with the results, and I highly recommend "Dr. Chuck" to you. Sincerely, Wendy PetrakosPosted on JeromeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am unfortunately a veteran of too many physical therapy sessions. Over the years, a neck operation was required on C5, C6 and C7 as they were fractured in a fall. I had knee surgery. I had a full hip replacement. I had a four-level fusion of my lower back, and in between the surgeries I had two heart attacks. Each of these medical issues required a period of rehabilitation. Each time I was enrolled in a PT program, I was frustrated that I spent so much time and effort and did not achieve the expected results. Till Now! I had a stroke in July of this year. Upon my release from AGH the doctors wanted me to go to inpatient rehab which I refused. My wife and daughter, knowing I needed PT found Mobile Physio after doing some research. Believe me, if you have ever had PT before and been disappointed, this is PT as it should be. Dr. Charles J. Lockwood, PT, DPT, CBIS sets up a schedule with you to come to your home (no needing rides from loved ones) always arriving as scheduled. Chuck works one-one-one with you the entire session (not like large facility rehabs where the therapists are bouncing around from patient to patient). Chuck gets to know you as a person. For me, each session he has prepared an evolving program that best suits my needs (not like the generic programs I experienced in the past). During the actual sessions, not one minute has been wasted. Finally, the results. I could not be happier with how the PT has helped me to recover so much of my coordination lost during the stroke. The typing I am doing now would not have been possible less than a month ago.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
